You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from failure to safeguard your account.

By submitting information through the platform, including signing up for campaigns or submitting forms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• You are providing accurate and lawful information
• We may process submitted data to operate campaigns, deliver services, and improve platform performance
• Where required by applicable law, your consent will be obtained before processing personal data

4. Campaign Participation

Launch Oracle hosts campaigns on behalf of third-party creators, brands, or partners (“Campaign Owners”).

By engaging with a campaign:

• You acknowledge that your information may be shared with the relevant Campaign Owner in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Campaign Owners are independent parties and are responsible for their own use of your data
• We are not responsible for the conduct, communications, or practices of Campaign Owners

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including design, code, branding, and functionality, is owned by or licensed to Launch Oracle and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use any part of the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Interfere with platform functionality or security
• Upload or transmit malicious code
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data
• Access or attempt to access other users’ data

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a risk to the platform or other users

We may also remove content or restrict functionality at our discretion.
